when i first came here to packinsider i did so because it was different, but is it? the posters seemed like a closer knit group than, say, pack pride. i'm not so sure that it's either different or closer. i will say this. on the other sites, threads get locked and personal attacks are met with suspensions. i know sometimes the only thing we agree on is our wolfpack, but can we at least, while disagreeing with someone's opinion,not insult them. i know nobody is perfect. Lord knows, i'm not. and some banter is, well, fun sometimes. how about, though, keeping packinsider different. let's clean up our act and be respectful while being disagreeable. and please clean up the potty mouth! GO PACK!

Exterminator, I agree with you 100%. For example, there was a display last night that would have gotten the participants banished on any other site. Hopefully there weren't any kids reading this stuff, but I'm sure there were.

I get the feeling the guys who run this site are super nice people, but there comes a time when you have to put your foot down, and take people off this site permanently.

And there is absolutely no need to personally attack someone or their opinions. Intelligent discussions are always welcome.

Spot on! I posted some similar comments on the tread that was being abused.

When the number of posts are listed, some authors make it a mission to achieve 100, 200, 300, etc. The sad thing about it is that most of the posts are senseless and unrelated to the topic. A lot of "ditto" and "LOL"s are entered just to add to the collection... Identities and reputations are formed in the early stages. Let's not have PI become an irrelavant joke.

The reason I joined this site was so that I wouldn't have to read the trash talking fans on other sites. I have always tried to be respectful and only hope others will treat me likewise.

I know that I made a bad comment based once based on things that I assumed from another site (yes, i know when you assume you... fill in the rest here). I talked to the individual in question and immediately withdrew my comments and issued an apology.

I am incredibly impressed with the quality of this site and its information, before and after the site remodel. Keep it going guys!
