Thread: Potential Tyler Harris Transfer

  1. #41
So instead of working hard and earning a spot he decided to leave. Good riddance. We don't need anybody on the team who is weak minded. Hopefully TDT and Vandy can contribute next season.

With only TDT and Vandy to beat, I'm surprised at his decision. Does he know something we don't?

At the ACC Tournament this year...I asked two players if they'd be back next year.

One was Calvin. He said yes that he would be back. I also asked Calvin's mother who said the same.

The other player was Tyler Harris. He looked at me like I was crazy and said "I ain't goin' nowhere"

For some reason, I believed all three people. Harris was pretty emphatic. That having been said...maybe at the time, he was telling the truth. I think Harris will be a tremendous player somewhere, hopefully for us, but looks like it will be somewhere else. I think there is a lot of underestimation of his abilities and I think he could end up in The League one day.

Any chance he's been shown the door to make room for something bigger and better?

i definitely agree. He was a threat from three and a solid defensive player. Like many transitioning to college, he just needed to hit the weight room and grow in to his body. Hope he sticks around.

Anybody else find it strange that there was no mention by Gottfried of Tyler Harris in his interview on the front page. Maybe the staff knew this was coming?
